Ingredients
- 1 package (15 count) Athens® Mini Fillo Shells
- 6 ounces sushi-grade tuna
- 1/4 cup English cucumber, 1/4″ diced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Step 1
Directions:
Place the shells on a serving dish. Cut the tuna into small cubes and place into a chilled small bowl. Add the cucumber to the tuna along with the remaining ingredients. Gently toss the mixture together and evenly distribute among the shells. Serve chilled.
