Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana, frozen
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Sunwarrior)
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions: Place your frozen banana and ice in a blender and pulse until crushed. Add the remaining ingredients and liquefy until smooth
