Ingredients
- 1 14 oz pkg vermicelli coils
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 T. parsley
- 1 1/2 t. celery seed
- 1/2 t. oregano
- 1/2 t. chopped chives
- 1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Pepper to taste
- 1 lb shrimp or crabmeat, cooked and marinated in 1/2 cup lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta. Add all ingredients except mayo. Toss with mayo; refrigerate or serve at room temp. Recipe can be halved or quartered. Occasionally I add another chopped veggie, like zucchini.
