  • Cookie Dough:

  • 6

    cups sugar

  • cups oil

  • tsp baking powder

  • pounds of flour (add slowly you may not use all of it)

  • milk ( add enough to make a nice dough?)

  • 1

    tsp anise oil

  • yields over 100 cookies

  • Icing:

  • 1

    IB confectioners sugar

  • ¼

    IB soft butter

  • tsp salt

  • ½

    tsp anise oil

  • milk (add enough to make the icing spreadable)


Cream together eggs, sugar, and oil. Slowly add in the flour keep an eye on the consistency and stop adding once you think the dough looks good. Add enough milk to the dough so that you can work with it. Add all of the ingredients of the icing together and then ice the cookies once they are cooled. There was no time and temperature for this recipe.
