Ingredients
- Spaghetti
- Salmon
- Frozen Peas
- Orange, juice and zest
- Chopped Parsley
- Cream
- Salt and Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place salmon on a plate and cover with foil. Bring water for pasta to a boil with salmon plate placed on top of the pot. Boil for a couple of minutes. Add pasta
2. Thaw peas and mix in a metal bowl with cream, chopped parsley and orange juice and zest.
3. Check Salmon, if ready break up in bite size pieces with a fork. Add cooked salmon and pasta to pea and cream mixture. Mix and add salt and pepper to taste.
