Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup white corn syrup
- 2 TBS unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup cold water
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together sugar and syrup; bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in gelatin which has been softened in cold water. Chill mixture until cold and very thick. Beat 6 to 8 minutes with a mixer on high speed until very fluffy. Yum.
