  • 1 stick salted butter
  • 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 8 oz. frozen, chopped broccoli (thawed)
  • 4 eggs
  • milk

Preparation

Step 1

Melt 1 stick of salted butter in a 9 x 13 glass pan.

Mix together 2 boxes of Jiffy cornbread mix, 1 diced yellow onion, 8 oz of thawed chopped broccoli (buy frozen), 4 eggs, and enough milk to make cornbread consistency.

Pour into glass pan of melted butter and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes
