Sausage Gravy -Barry's

Ingredients

  • 1 # Neese's Sausage
  • 1/4 C Flour
  • 11/2-2 C Milk 2%
  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Large Skillet Over Medium Heat, Cook Sausage.

Add Flour Slowly For Roux, Stir Constantly.

Add Milk Slowly Until Desired Thickness, Stir Constantly.

Add Salt & Pepper To Taste.

Serve Over Hot Biscuits.
