Ingredients
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- 2 ½ cups flour
- 2 ½ tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 ½ tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ cup cocoa
- ¾ cup oil
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- ½ cup milk
Preparation
Step 1
In medium-sized bowl combine the first 7 ingredients. In a large mixing bowl beat the oil and the sugars together. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla and zucchini. Now alternate the milk with the dry ingredients adding to the batter. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan or 10” tube pan. Bake at 350 F. for an hour or till cake tests done. Cool in pan 10 minutes and turn out onto rack to completely cool.
