Baba Ghanoush

Ingredients

  • 1 eggplant\
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400. Place eggplant on cookie sheet and poke holes into it with fork. Bake for 40 mins turning occasionally until soft. Put into ice cold water when done. Peel skin off. Put into food processor with rest of ingredients and whip into puree.
