Ingredients
- 3 lb (3-4 pkgs) lit'l smokies
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 c whiskey or bourbon
- 1 bottle Heinz chili sauce
- 3 T minced onions
- 2 T fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 c BBQ sauce
- 2-3 T red hot sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Cook smokies in crockpot on high until hot. Drain the smokies & return to pot.
Add all other ingredients to pan & cook on stove at high until boiling. Reduce heat to simmer & reduce sauce to thicken. Add sauce into crockpot with smokies & cook on low until heated through.
