Honey Mustard Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Brown chicken in hot oil in skillet.

Add vegtables (saute 3 mins)

Stir in mixture of soup, water and flavour accents. Simmer for 5 minutes or until cooked through.
