Foil-Pack Taco Chicken Dinner

Ingredients

  • 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
  • 4 tsp. taco seasoning mix
  • 2 cups thinly sliced peeled potatoes
  • 1 cup Kraft Tex Mex Shredded Cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Coat chicken with seasoning mix. Layer 1/4 each of the potatoes, chicken, cheese and salsa in centre of each of 4 (15-inch square) sheets of heavy-duty foil.

BRING up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Place in single layer in 15x10x1-inch baking pan.

BAKE 15 min. or until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender. Remove from oven. Let stand 5 min. Place 1 packet on each of 4 dinner plates. Unwrap packet; top each serving with 1 Tbsp. of the sour cream.
