Heat the oven to 400°F.  Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.

Stir the beef,

Heat the water, butter and remaining soup in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat to a boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the milk. Stir in the potatoes. Spoon the potatoes over the beef mixture.

Bake for 20 minutes or until the potato mixture is lightly browned.

this is one of my favorite things to make. Talk about comfort food. I replaced the ground beef for ground turkey and I just used canned vegetables and regular cream of mushroom soup. I added fresh garlic to the potato mixture and also when browning the meat. By far, a family favorite and it definitely makes great leftovers if there is any left. :)

I made this for my boyfriend and myself and we were both quite surprised at how delicious it was. It was one of the easiest things I've ever made, tasted wonderful and makes for even better leftovers. I'll definitely be making this again!
