Crock-Pot Chocolate Peanut Clusters

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ( 2 16 oz. jars) salted, dry roasted peanuts
  • 24 oz. almond bark
  • 12 oz. butterscotch chips
  • 12 oz. dark chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low for 2 hours. DO NOT open lid while cooking. Turn pot off and let sit for 20 minutes. Cover a large area with waxed or parchment paper. Stir mixture completely. Drop by small teaspoons onto paper. Let harden and store in airtight containers.
