  • 1 bag (16 oz) dry lentils
  • 2 stalks celery
  • onions
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 boullion cube chicken
  • oil

Preparation

Step 1

1. in a stock pot put some oil. saute onions and celery. add lentils. add water 3/4 up pot. salt and pepper, 1 boullion cube. cook until lentils are soft
