Ingredients
- 1 cup of packed fresh cilantro
- 10 oz. can of cannellini beans – drained
- 1/2 whole lemon
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 3 tbs. olive oil
- 3 sun dried tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic

Step 1
Combine all of the above ingredients in a food processor and give a few good chops until a desired consistency is reached.
Serve with cheese, delicious fresh baked bread, fresh fruit, crackers or chips and a delicious wine.
