Ingredients
- 1 can (10 fl oz) Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Orzo (uncooked)
- 1/2 cup Broccoli (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Carrots (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Red Pepper (chopped)
- 1/4 cup Green Onions (chopped)
- 1/2 ci[ Cauliflower (chopped)
- 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated )
Preparation
Step 1
COMBINE 1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) condensed chicken broth, 1 cup uncooked Orzo Pasta and 1/3 cup water in large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook 7 minutes.
STIR in 2-1/2 cups chopped fresh vegetables, such as broccoli, carrots, green onions and red peppers. Cook an additional 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
STIR in 1/3 cup Kraft Grated Parmesan
