- 10 Strawberries (frozen whole )
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt ((4 ounces))
- 2 tablespoons White Sugar

Step 1
1. Combine strawberries, almond milk (or low-fat milk), tofu and sugar in a blender. Blend until frothy and smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into tall glasses and serve.
