Ingredients
- 8 ears fresh corn, preferably cut off just-picked cobs
- 3 T chopped fresh dill
- 3 T snipped fresh chives
- 1/4 c toasted pine nuts
- 1/2 c freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 T white wine vinegar
- 2 T olive oil
- salt and freshly ground pepper to tast
