Warm Spinach Salad

Ingredients

• 1 T. dijon mustard
• 1 T brown sugar
• 1 T red wine vinegar
• 2 T. olive oil
• 1 large bag of spinach
• 1/2 pound bacon, sliced into bite sized pieces

Preparation

Step 1

cook bacon. Mix dressing ingredients, adding olive oil and bacon drippings last. Add salt and pepper to taste.
