Tortellini With Shiitake

  • 8 ounces tortellini pasta
  • 4 1/2 ounces shiitake mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup cream


Servings 4


Step 1

Cook tortellini according to package directions. Set aside.

Saute mushrooms with garlic, fresh herbs and white wine for 3 minutes. Slowly add cream and reduce to sauce. Add tortellini and heat to serve.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
