- 3 pounds asparagus (or 2 box's frozen)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Step 1
Melt butter and brown crumbs lightly, add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Set crumbs aside. Steam asparagus. Serve on flat dish and sprinkle crumbs over asparagus.
