  • 45 g Sugar
  • 45 g A.P. Flour
  • 900 g Corn Syrup
  • 300 g Eggs
  • 15 ml Vanilla
  • 15 g Salt
  • 90 g Brown Butter
  • 340 g Pecan Pieces (toasted)



Step 1

-Brown butter, reserve.
-Combine flour and sugar, whisk in corn syrup.
-Combine eggs, vanilla,and salt. Add to mixture.
-Incorporate brown butter.
-Spread pecans over bottom of a par-baked sweet dough shell. Pour filling over to fill shell.
-Bake 350 on low fan till set.
