Sesame Dip of Goodness

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c plain yogurt (greek or the low fat kind works equally well)
  • 1/3 c mayonnaise (I use the low fat stuff)
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 1/4 c toasted sesame seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Add everything into a small mixing bowl and whisk until smooth. Serve with raw vegetables.
