Ingredients
- 6 lbs Chicken Wings
- 1 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 Cups Cider VInegar
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Salt
- dash Onion Salt
- dash Garlic Powder
- Dash Nutmeg
- Cayenne or Red Pepper
- Maria's Blue Cheese
- Celery
- Carrots

Preparation
Step 1
Place Oil in bowl and beat in egg. Add Vinegar and rest of ingredients, mix well. Place Wings in roasting pan and pour sauce/mixture over top of wings. Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil. Preheat oven to 500 and bake for 45 minutes. Take out of oven and place in broiler to brown. Turn and add Cayenn Pepper and brown other side.
Serve with Blue Cheese, Celery Sticks and Carrots.
