- 2550 g Bread Flour
- 595 g Sugar
- 149 g Baking Powder
- 64 g Salt
- 2160 ml Cream
-Combine dry ingredients.
-Mix in desired inclusions, flavorings.
-Mix in cream, until just combined.
-Scale into 1kg rounds, which yield 8 scones.
-Brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake 350F.
