- 2 cups celery
- 2 cups cooked small shell pasta
- 2 cups diced cooked turkey breast -- 12 oz.
- 2 cups diced unpeeled sweet apples
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
- Yogurt Dressing

Step 1
In large bowl combine celery with pasta, turkey, apple, scallions and walnuts. Add Yogurt Dressubg; toss to coat, Serve on lettuce leaves. Makes 4 servings
YOGURT DRESSING"
Combine 1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt with 3 tablespoons reduced calorie mayonaisse, 3 tablespoons cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper. Makes 3/4 cup.
To toast walnuts:
Place walnuts in a small dry skillet over heat until golden brown, about 5 min. stirring occasionally.
