Ingredients
- 1 pd boneless skinless chicken breasts but in 1 inch cubes
- 1 can (14 oz) reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz) condensed cream of potato soup undiluted
- 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen broccoli florets thawed
- 1 c sliced carrots
- 1 jar (4 1/2 oz) sliced mushrooms drained
- 1/2 c chopped onion
- 1 c corn
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 t dried thyme
- 1/3 c half and half

Preparation
Step 1
combine chicken, broth, soup, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, onion, corn, garlic and thyme in slow cooker-mix well
cook on low covered 6 hours
stir in half and half-turn slow cooker to high-cover and cook on high 15 mins more
