Ingredients
- 4 T EVOO
- 2 lbs. Kielbasa
- 1 lg onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 c spicy mustard
- 4 T white or cider vinegar
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 Tube pizza dough
- 1 c shredded sharp cheese
- caraway seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400 deg. Swirl 1T EVOO in pan, split kielbasa and grill til crisp. Swirl 1T EVOO in another pan, add onion, mustard & 2 T vinegar with salt & pepper. Cook until onions are tender (5-6 mins). Dust counter with flour. Roll out Place kielbas crosswise on dough. Stuff with onions & cheese. Place on baking sheet. Drizzle with EVOO & sprinkle with caraway seeds. Bake 15-18 mins.
