Ingredients
- 3 1/2 c flour
- 1 t sea salt
- 1 pkg yeast
- 1 14/ c tepid water
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 T sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Water in bowl with yeast, salt, sugar and oil. Add flour until a soft dough forms. Knead with dough hooks until elastic. Place in plastic bags coated lightly with oil It will rise in fridge overnight or 1 hr in warm place. Spread dough on 2 cookie sheets, top as liked, bake in 450 deg. oven for 10 minutes.
