Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 quarts milk

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs well
Add sugar, salt and 1 cup of milk, beat well
Add flour gradually and remaining milk
Beat until smooth
In a greased skillet (I use PAM), add 2 tbsp on skillet, turn skillet until the batter covers the bottom, brown both sides
Spread with jam or jelly, roll and sprinkle with powdered sugar
Yields about 30 pancakes (very thin crepes)
Can cut recipe in half or quarters
I place crepes on a plate and place in a warm oven until I have used all of the batter
