Ingredients

  • 2/3 c olive oil
  • 1 t garlic pieces
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t oregano

Preparation

Step 1

Add strips of green peppers; pack tightly. Heat 1 c vinegar and 1 c water (very hot) - pour into jar and seal. Keep 2 weeks before opening. Makes 1 quart @ 8-10 peppers per quart.
