Peppermint Icing

Ingredients

• 8 T butter
• 1/2 t peppermint extract
• 1 cup confectioners sugar
• 3 T milk
• 1/2 c crushed peppermint candy

Preparation

Step 1

Mix softened butter & extract for 30 seconds. Add sugar alternately with milk, 1 T at a time. fold in crushed candy.
