Ingredients
- 2 onions chopped
- 2 stlks celery finely cchopped
- 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 1/2 tsps
- 1 28 oz can diced tomatoed undrained
- 1 bottle (8OZ) clam juice
- 1 6 oz can tomato paste
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp surgar
- 1/4 crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 dried bay leaf
- 1 lb. firm-textured white fish, cut
- into 1 in pieces
- 3/4 lb. uncooked medium shrimp
- peeled, deveined
- 1 6 1/2 oz chopped clams with juice,
- undrained
- 1 6oz can crabmeat, drained
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Spray 5-6 quart slow cooker with Pam.
Mix all ingredients except fish.
Cover cook on high for 4 hours
Stir fish, shrimp, clams, and crabmeat. Reduce heat setting to low. Cover, cook 30-45 min. until fish flakes easiy with fork.
Stir in parsley.
