Ingredients
- 16 oz. cream cheese
- 1 oz. ranch dressing mix
- 2 minced green onions
- 4 12" flour tortillas
- 1/2 c red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 c diced celery
- 2 oz. sliced black olives
- 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cream chees, ranch dressing mix, onions. Spread on tortilla. Sprinkle red pepper, celery, olives and cheese over cream cheese mix. Roll up tortillas, then wrap tightly in aluminium foil. Chill 2 hours. Cut and slice into 1" slices.
