- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 tablespoon minced onions
- 1 can mushroom stems and pieces
- 2 tablespoons chopped pimento
- 2 cups cooked chicken or 2-5 oz. cans
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon sherry

Step 1
Cook together until thick and smooth. Place 4 slices bread (crusts removed) in a 9" square pan. Spread soup mixture over bread. Place 4 slices of bread on top and refrigerate overnight. Cut sandwiches in half (1/2 for each serving). Beat 2 eggs with 3 tablespoons milk and a little salt and pepper. Dip each sandwich on both sides in egg mixture. Roll in potato chip crumbs. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake 350 for 25 minutes. May use crab or tuna. Add liquid from can. Garnish with parsley.
