Eggs - Deviled with Lobster

  • 12 hard cooked XL eggs, peeled
  • 3/4 c mayo
  • 1 T fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 t Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 t freshly ground pepper
  • 1/8 t salt
  • 1/8 t ground red pepper
  • 1 c coarsely chopped lobster
  • Smoked paprika
  • Chopped fresh chives



Step 1

Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Place yolks in med bowl; place whites on serving tray. Mash yolks with fork until crumbly. Add mayo & next 5 ingredients; beat at med speed with. Inter until smooth. Gently stir in lobster.

Spoon filling into whites. Sprinkle tops with smoked paprika & fresh chives. Cover & chill until ready to serve.
