Ingredients
- 1/4 cup orange juice or orange liqueur
- 8 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4-5 lbs sweet potatoes, washed, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup dried cranberries

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix all ingredients except potatoes in slow cooker/crock pot
2. Cook and cover over HIGH while preparing potatoes
3. Stir potatoes into warm mixture, cover vessel and cook om HIGH 3-4 hours. Once potatoes are soft, stir to mashed consistency
