- 1 cup Amaranth flour
- 1/2 cup arrowroot
- 1/2 cup ground nuts
- 1 tspn baking soda
- 1 tspn ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 tblspns lemon juice
- 2 tblspns oil ( melted ghee)
- 1-2 tblsns maple syrup or honey (use raw honey)
mic flour, arrowroot, nuts, baking soda, and cinnamon.
mix water, lemon, oil and maple syrup or honey together.
stir liquid into flour mixture to combine well
drop spoonfuls onto griddle and cook.
