The Best Cranberry Jello

Sometimes I spruce it up a bit with some Grand Marnier and grated orange peel.

Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh or frozen cranberries
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 3oz packages cherry Jello
- 2 cups boiling water
Preparation
Step 1
1. Grind cranberries in food processor or blender.
2. Pour sugar over cranberries.
3. In separate large bowl, dissolve Jello in boiling water.
4. Pour Jello over cranberries, stir, and pour into decorative mold. Chill overnight.
