Ingredients
- 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup unseasoned rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. minced shallots
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- salt & pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk vinegars, mustad and shallots. Add oil, whisk until blended. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
