Dip, Layered Mexican Bean

Ingredients

  • Layer 1
  • 2 15 oz cans refried beans
  • Layer 2
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 package taco seasoning
  • 1 5 to 6 oz can of chopped jalapenos (Optional)
  • Layer 3
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • Layer 4
  • 2 cups grated cheese (mexican blend or similar)
  • Layer 5 (Garnish)
  • 1 bunch green onions chopped
  • 1/2 pint diced grape tomatoes or 1 large tomatoe diced
  • 1 small cans sliced and drained black olives

Preparation

Step 1

Spread bean dip into a 14" tray

Mix sour cream and taco seasoning and spread over layer 1.

Spread guacamole over layer 2.

Optional Sprinkle chopped jalapeno peppers between layers 2 and 3.

Sprinkle grated cheese over layer 3.

Slice onions using both green and white parts. Sprinkle onions, tomatoe, and slieced olives over layer 4.

Serve with Tortilla chips.
