Roasted Red Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 16 medium unpeeled red potatoes, scrubbed, quartered
  • 2 Tb. vegetable oil
  • 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Place potatoes in a 13x9 baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and drizzle over potatoes, stirring until potatoes are thoroughly coated. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until lightly browned, stirring after 30 minutes.
