Ingredients
- To thicken:
- 36 hot peppers (ground fine, seed and all) ** Remove 1/3 of the seeds from peppers)
- 6 cups sugar
- 1 qt mustard, prepared mustard
- 1 qt vinegar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/4 cup cold water

Step 1
Bring ingredients to boil. When peppers start to boil, add thickener. Let boil 5 minutes. Put in jars and seal.
Makes 8-10 pints.
