Chicken Noodle Soup
This is sort of a quick, cheater noodle soup. Could also use rotisserie chicken.
- 3 quarts chicken broth
- 3 large cans white meat chicken chunks (drained)
- 3 cups chopped carrots
- 3 cups chopped celery
- 1/2 bag "no yolk" noodles
- 3 tsp margarine/butter
In large pot on med heat bring broth to simmer and add chicken (drained). In separate pan, sauté carrots and celery in butter until tender. Add veggies to soup and heat to boil. Add uncooked noodles and it's ready to serve when noodles are done.
