- 1 TSP. SALT
- 1/3 VEGETABLE OIL
- 1 EGG LIGHTLY BEATEN
- 1 CUP MILK
- FOR SWEETER VARIATION USE
- 1/2 CUP CORN MEAL, 1 1/2 CUPS FLOUR, 2/3 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR, 1 TBS. BAKING POWDER AND 1/2 TSP SALT. 1/2 CUP OIL, 3 TBS. MELTED BUTTER, 2 EGGS, AND 1 1/4 CUPS MILK. 350 DEGREES FOR 35 MINUTED

COMBINE CORN MEAL, FLOUR, SUGAR,BAKING POWDER AND SALE IN MEDIUM BOWL. COMBINE OIL, EGG AND MILK UN SMALL BOWL, MIX WELL
ADD MILK MIXTURE TO FLOUR MIXTURE, STIR UNTIL BLENDER. POUR INTO GREASED 8 INCH SQUARE PAN
BAKE IN PRE HEATED 400 F OVEN FOR 25 MINUTES OR UNTIL WOODEN PICK INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN
