Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. old fashioned oats
  • 1 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 2 large, ripe, frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries and raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 cup of ice

Preparation

Step 1

Pulse oats in a blender several times to grind. Add juice, bananas, berries, honey and ice. Blend until smooth.
