Ingredients

  • 16 oz pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup crushed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) cream-style cottage cheese or 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley

Step 1

Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, brown beef and drain. Add remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly. Add cooked, drained pasta. Serve.
