Ingredients
- 10 ounces angel hair pasta
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 medium green bell peppers, cut into strips
- 2 carrots, cut into strips
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 6 ounces beef tenderloin, cut into strips
- 8 ounces shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped gingerroot
Preparation
Step 1
1Cook pasta using package directions; drain. Rinse with cool water; drain again.
.2Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté bell peppers, carrots and onion in hot oil, stirring continually, until tender, about 3 minutes.
.3Add beef to vegetable mixture and mix well. Stir in mushrooms, soy sauce, sesame oil, granulated sugar, garlic and gingerroot.
.4Sauté, stirring continually, until beef and mushrooms are tender, about 2 minutes.
.5Place pasta in a large bowl. Add mushroom mixture and toss to mix well. Serve immediately.
